PREPARE

Combine the Heavy Whipping Cream, Milk & Chocolate over heat on the stove.
Combine the Egg Yolks & Sugar in a separate bowl.
Temper chocolate mixture into egg mixture.
Strain
Pour into ramekins
Bake at 300 for 1 hour.
1.5 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream:
2/3 Cups Milk:
3.5 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate:
5 Egg Yolks:
1/4 Cups Sugar:
